Horse Expo 2023 is in the books! THANK YOU to everyone who popped by our booth, stopped to chat around the grounds at the Westerner over the 3 days, and everyone who has reached out about pictures. With over 3,000 images yet to go through please be patient with me! I will post regular updates to my Social Media as more images become available. Please check back often! Oh, and we already can't WAIT until next year!

Exhibitor Sessions.
You read that right. The Team at KLPhoto is excited to be offering sessions to Trade Show Exhibitors looking for some wicked images to showcase their vendor booths at Markets across Canada (and maybe beyond....) for the 2023 season, provide headshots for professional profiles, and Social Media Content throughout the Expo!
Clinician Highlight Sessions.
Conducting a clinic, demonstration, or talk during Expo? We'd love to help document it for your use during and after Expo! Book us to cover you working your magic, in the arena, grab a few portrait images around the Grounds at Westerner Park, or get some professional headshots for your website or socials! We'd love to work with you!
Participant Sessions.
Taking part in one of the clinics or demos and interested in your very own private Portrait or Lifestyle Session during the Expo? We've got you covered! We'll work together to create a beautiful portrait or lifestyle session with you and your Equine Partner around the Grounds at Westerner Park.

We will also be on site capturing all the action documentary style throughout the entire 3 days. From the Cowboy Magazine Arena, the Suites Arena, the CowboySh*t Round Pen, RFDTVCanada Arena, Alberta Equestrian Presentation Lounge, Cowboy Channel Canada Stage, Trade Show Floor, and more! Be sure to also stop by the Photo Booth located at the Media Wall for some goofy fun in front of the camera! We are Booth #4412 located right at the main entrance and will be actively editing images throughout the show for your viewing and ordering pleasure! See a KLPhoto Team Member during your time at the Expo? Be sure to say hi! We love snapping interactive pics of your smiling faces throughout the day!

Meet the Team
Meet Krystina! Team leader, and owner of KLPhoto. Krystina has 2 passions in life. Horses, and Photography. A professional photographer of over 10 years, Krystina specializes in photographing Equine Events of all kinds, but also has a deep love for Portrait and Lifestyle work. A strong believer in Community over Competition, Krystina ventured into Education with her photography in the fall of 2022 hosting her first "Intro to Event Photography" workshop, and hosts many supportive photographer get togethers. A Langley BC native, Krystina now calls Rimbey, Alberta home with her fiance Dan, their dog Lady, cat Gunner, and two cutting horses Fritz and Sally. When Krystina doesn't have a camera in her hand she can be found riding horses, going for runs with her dog, or soaking up the incredible sunsets and amazing views the back deck of their farm has to offer.
Meet Gralyn! Lead Photographer and Owner of Gralyn J. Photography, and one of the kindest souls you will ever meet. Grae and Krystina met a few years back at a Creative Session in Drayton Valley Alberta at super fun local diner and the two hit it off right from the start! Grae has been a photographer since she was 13 years old, shooting her first wedding at 14, and covering rodeo through 2022. Grae has a love for pretty well every genre out there, as long as her camera is in her hand and she has a subject to photograph, she is one happy camper! Grae, her husband Caleb (Owner of Cowboyd Customs, check out his beautiful custom rasp spurs!), their dogs Bear and Roddy, multiple cats, and Quarter Horse Ringo just purchased their own little slice of heaven just minutes west of Rimbey, AB and can't wait to get settled before jumping into busy season shooting all over Alberta and BC!
Meet Morgan! Owner and Lead Photographer at Ranahan Photo, and Lover of all things Cheese. Morgan and Krystina first met in April of 2022 at a Creative Session in Drumheller Alberta, and the rest is history! Morgan second shot the Canadian Snaffle Bit Futurity with Krystina in 2022 and is on the books again for 2023! Specializing in the Western Way of Life, Morgan's work is infamous for it's story-telling qualities, and old west vibes. Morgan and her puppers call the Calgary area home, and can often be found on the other side of the camera modeling for local boutiques and small businesses, as well as photographing for them. Have a ranch event or branding that could benefit from a photographer? With her keen eye and ranch life background, she's your girl! Morgan is a vibe all in her own and we are totally here for it!
