Do you Travel outside of Central Alberta?
A.I absolutely do! I have traveled across Western Canada as well as in to the United States for sessions and events.
How long have you been a professional photographer?
A.I have been a professional photographer since 2013 when I started photographing client sessions in the spring and took on my very first cutting show in the late summer. I ran my Photography business on the side until 2021 when it became my full time career and also maintained a part time Real Estate Assistant position. In 2023 I became 100% Full Time in Photography only and cannot wait for what lies ahead!
How many photos do we get in our session?
A.The number of completed images you will receive depends on the session type you have booked. I have session types for all needs and budgets and am happy to work with you to ensure you are getting all the photos you love and need, and more!
How do we get our photos?
A.If you are purchasing images from an equine event, your finished images will either be e-mailed directly to you, or a link to an online downloadable gallery will be sent via e-mail. If you have completed a private session with me your gallery will be delivered via link to downloadable online gallery.
Do you retouch photos?
A.I do! Proof galleries and Equine Event galleries are typically posted unedited or lightly edited to demonstrate my typical style. Once your final images have been purchased or selected I will go ahead and complete all the finer edits. Some more extensive edits can be performed at your request for an additional fee.
Whats your turn around time?
A.Turn around time completely depends on where I am at in my season. Certain times of year are incredibly busy and turn around may take some time. Other times of year when things aren't as busy I will often have images completed within a week of the show or session.
Can you help us with planning?
A.Planning the session or event is one of my most favorite parts! I am ready and willing to help with as much or as little planning as you would like.
How far out do you book?
A.I book out as far as you would like. I already have dates on my calendar for next year so I always advise my clients and potential clients to book with me as soon as possible so I know I can get them on my schedule for their preferred date and time.
What should we wear?
A.I highly recommend everyone involved match to a degree. Solids are a lot easier to work with than loud patterns, but at the end of the day I want you to be YOU! Be comfortable and dress to your style, we will create magic no matter what you are wearing!
